WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP TO?

We provide shipping both domestically. within the Unites States, and Internationally. However, there are some geographical locations that will not or cannot support some postal requirements. If outside of the United States, we ship to all major countries and continents. Please check your location to see if you can receive postal orders.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Total shipping and processing is usually within 2-7 business days from the order submission date, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. Please take into account some of the most common factors that may cause or affect shipping and delivery dates. Out-of-our control variants, such as (examples) postal delays, distance from our center, custom inspections, natural disasters, pandemics or other world events that may cause delay.

Tracking and carrier information is provided at checkout. Every order is ensured, so if your package does not arrive to you, or if it arrives broken or destroyed, or you receive an incorrect fulfillment, you are eligible for a refund or replacement item. ARE THERE HIDDEN FEE’S?

All prices and tax information on our webpage are displayed in US Currency rates. However, depending on your location or laws in your area, you may have to pay additional and taxes once you receive the item. Please seek additional information based upon your location and associated laws. Payment of these type of additional charges, taxes or fees is your responsibility.

WHAT WOULD CAUSE DELAYS IN DELIVERY?

We are NOT responsible for Customs delays with your package. For further questions on customs laws and requirements, contact your local customs agency. In some instances, our delivery times may possibly take longer that our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to provide you the customer service to handle any issue that we have control over.
